Wondering how some people seem to achieve agreement or buy-in to their ideas and proposals? Not sure why other seems to get ahead, unrelated to their apparent performance?

Together we’ll unpick the politics, recognise the power dynamics and determine a practical strategy to expand your influence at work.

Early on in our coaching relationship, Eve encouraged me to take full ownership of my career journey, and to be accountable with focussed goals, timelines and progress updates. She gave me a clear structure and fresh approach at a stage when my job search had become a job in itself!

Return to work after a break

Returning after a career break?

Whether it’s maternity or sickness leave, a redundancy or enforced break, or a period away from work for study, travel or family reasons, I’ll support you to develop a re-entry plan that takes account of your circumstances, well-being and need to secure a role that works for you. We’ll also make sure your transition back is as smooth as possible, so you can balance the shifting demands and priorities and protect your energy.

Following redundancy, I felt I needed to revaluate my whole work life balance. Eve helped me realise that what was important to me was a good balance between my job and my family. Really focusing on this and coming to realise what is important, I looked for a job with more flexibility, less travel and less hours. This has given me exactly what I need and meant I am much much happier.
