Eve Warren

I have over 25 years as an executive and life-work coach, with particular expertise in supporting women’s working lives.

I will help you define and achieve your personal and professional goals and aspirations. A practical focus on wellbeing, personally-referenced success and positive fulfilment will be at the heart of our work together.

My own career has followed many paths: market research, teaching and senior leadership in education, campaigning and consulting in diversity and women’s development, and running my own training consultancy specialising in corporate stress programmes, change management and women’s leadership.

I started coaching - way before everyone knew what it was - when people increasingly asked me to work with them on a one-to-one basis. Experience shows that this is the most time and cost-effective way to achieve exceptional results, and my practice has grown over the last 25 years, with nearly all my clients being referred personally.

Although from all sectors, everyone is dealing with some sort of change, either self-directed or externally imposed. I work with people of all ages, different life stages and from the professions, public service and a wide variety of occupations.

In addition to my own practice, I am the Life-Work Coach for the breast cancer charity Future Dreams and deliver a series of life-enhancing workshops on positive psychology themes including self-compassion, gratitude and happiness, supporting us to live well now and move on positively to life after cancer treatment.

I am Co-Founder with Meg Maunder of Women into School Headship (WiSH), working to redress the gender imbalance at senior leadership by encouraging and supporting aspiring senior leaders, headteachers and executive heads. I am also a school governor.

Along the way I’ve co-authored 2 books: The Stress Work Book and Empower Yourself – Self Development for Women. I have a PGCert Positive Psychology (UEL); MEd Human Relations (Nottingham); BEd English & Drama (London), and I’m currently studying to be a Coach Supervisor.
